Tewhatu Ora is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the ICU at Christchurch Hospital. As part of our Cardiorespiratory and Surgical cluster, you will work with patients across a range of clinical specialties, including Medical Respiratory, Cardiology, Cardiothoracics, General Surgical, and the Surgical Progressive Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clinically effective patient assessment and intervention
  • Contributing to quality improvement activities and creating evidence-based practice
  • Participating in the on-call roster

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working in an acute hospital setting
  • Demonstrated experience in critical care
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
