  • Educate clients on best practices for operating and maintaining their heat pump systems to maximize efficiency and minimize energy costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • National Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 4 or similar.
  • EST Qualification.
  • Full NZ Drivers license.
  • Reliable, well-presented, and has good customer service skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to accurately diagnose problems and provide solutions.
