The Role:

As a Beauty Advisor you will be responsible for showcasing your talents in makeup application, diagnosing skincare concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role is varied and requires you to:

  1. Create and build a loyal clientele by providing expert advice and personalized service.
  2. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager, and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential.
  3. Be confident in applying products, recommending products, and closing sales to achieve targets.
  4. Share your passion for the Clinique brand and its exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor who has:

  1. Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
  2. A genuine passion for all things beauty and a desire to help customers feel great about themselves.
  3. Strong communication skills to approach customers in-store and via telephone in a confident and friendly manner.
  4. Strong technical competency in makeup artistry; a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be an advantage.

This part-time position involves working on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday roster.
