Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams in a retail sales environment
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with regional territory plans and the company's strategic direction
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders

Please note that this role is open to applicants who have experience and knowledge of the Banking or financial industry, as well as those with a successful track record of leading and developing teams in a retail sales environment.
