Kainga Tiaki Centre is looking for an experienced registered nurse, social worker, or occupational therapist to join our dedicated service, supporting excellent clinical care while developing your existing mental health knowledge and clinical skills in an established and multidisciplinary work environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Clinical responsibility for facilitating and managing referrals to CMHS
  • Working with clients to assess their complex health needs and provide care and advice to support their overall healthcare needs
  • Providing liaison between CMHS, GPs, other health services, and social agencies

**Requirements**

  • Current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
