**Job Description:** As the Labourer/Operator in our Rivers Team, you'll work in local rivers and surrounding areas to establish and maintain river protection, tree plantings, and structures, noxious weed control, tree felling and clearance.

This role provides the opportunity to gain various unit standards and obtain qualifications for operating wheels, tracks, rollers, and heavy transport vehicles over time. You'll be part of a team that works independently and unsupervised, producing a high standard of work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A full, class 1 driver licence is essential for this role. You'll need good knowledge of health and safety and a strong environmental focus. Experience using 4WD vehicles, tractors, chainsaws, spray equipment, and other light machinery is ideal.

**Benefits:** We offer competitive hourly pay rates, $27.95 to $28.70 depending on skills and experience. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to our diverse workforce.
