">We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Te Awakura team, providing 24-hour care to consumers experiencing acute mental illness. As part of a progressive organisation that values honesty, respect, and integrity for every individual, this multi-varied role presents you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging health environment.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the provision of a safe and supportive environment for extended assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation following an admission to the adult acute service;">
- Teach skills to help support illness management and to support consumers to live the life they want to live;">
- Support development of structure and meaningful routines;">
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope;">
- An interest in Safewards and training in the Collaborative Problem Solving Approach will be provided;">
- The ability to forge and foster meaningful relationships, whilst treating others with respect, encouragement, and support;">
- Adherence to guidelines of Cultural Safety and the Treaty of Waitangi;">
