**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our Adult General Crisis Resolution Team. As part of our integrated system, you will work with adults who present in crisis related to deterioration of mental state and require assessment and short-term treatment or admission to hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work within quality-driven, forward-thinking multidisciplinary teams where collaboration and professionalism are at the fore.
  • Use your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise to deliver innovative acute care that meets individual needs.
  • Enjoy having a lead role in our established multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the ongoing development of our client-centred frameworks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must be eligible to gain registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. We are interested to hear from Psychiatrists who have experience in adult mental health psychiatric emergency services or crisis work.
