Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and strategic meetings.
- Promote and support value-added services to clients to enhance business offerings.
Business Development
- Develop and execute a business plan focused on sales growth, revenue targets, and operational excellence.
- Identify and qualify profitable sales opportunities through targeted sales management.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in a client-facing management role within the Trade Services or related industry.
- Strong market knowledge of the New Zealand region.
