About the Role

This opportunity is for an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to join our Manufacturing team as an Operations Support Officer.

You will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and manage the implementation of sustainable continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of the National Manager Manufacturing.

Your primary focus will be on driving standardization, process improvements, and effective collaboration with key partners, including Quality and Clinical.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience working as a Registered Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician

  • Experience in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Ability to lead complex change programs and implement new processes across multiple locations
