Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a Customer Experience Ambassador who can provide warm and courteous welcome to our customers, leading them to their table in accordance with our seating procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to attend to customers' enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, making outbound calls when necessary.
  • Responsibilities include responding appropriately to enquiries/feedback and escalating when needed.
  • Answering calls, processing customers' reservations, and updating the system accordingly are also key responsibilities of this role.
  • This position requires someone who can ensure PDPA compliance when handling personal data of customers.
  • Candidate should be able to coordinate private events for large group reservations.
  • Providing customers with estimated waiting time is also an essential task.
  • Accommodating special seating requests for guests whenever possible is another responsibility of this role.
