Business Process Optimization Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Motor Trade Finance Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements and processes to support the delivery of product development strategy and organisational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and pain points
- Develop and maintain business process models, including process flows and use cases
- Define and document business rules, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- At least 5 years proven success in a business analyst or related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborative working style, with a commitment to and understanding of human-centred design approaches
