Medical Care Specialist

As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the Colorectal unit. This involves using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Specialist to ensure seamless care delivery across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Advocate for patients to improve their experience and efficiency in the healthcare journey
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals to achieve optimal results
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a valid Annual Practicing Certificate. Additionally, you should possess excellent time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Previous surgical experience is highly desirable.

Salary Range
This role falls within the RN scale, with a salary range between $81,683 p.a (step 2) and $106,739 p.a (step 7) prorata.
