About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity within our Land Development team in Tauranga for a Team Leader position. You will lead the delivery of some of our biggest projects, contributing to our vision of being the #1 urban development partner in Aotearoa.

We have a varied pipeline of work, including residential, urban reconstruction, infrastructure, and commercial developments that shape the future of our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and people leadership to a team of civil engineers and designers to deliver land development projects from concept design to construction completion.
  • Review team performance, ensuring efficient project delivery, and be hands-on with preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, calculations, plans, site investigations, and technical development.
  • Support professional development within your team through mentorship and guidance, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Maintain existing client relationships, lead business development initiatives, prepare proposals, and contribute to strategic growth by expanding client portfolios and identifying new opportunities.
  • Play a key role in shaping better urban development for public and private clients across Aotearoa.
