Description:

This role is ideal for someone who is fanatically organized, a whiz with MS Suite, and loves projects. As the Executive Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Head Office.

You will be responsible for managing reception duties, coordinating meetings, travel bookings, and internal events. Additionally, you will handle correspondence, diary management, staff contact lists, finance tasks, and maintain filing systems.
