We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to lead our team of lift operators. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Department in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of lifts and car park duties.
You will work closely with the team to multi-task, problem-solve, and provide excellent customer service to our guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Your Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Department in the daily operations of the lift system
- Motivate and develop the staff to provide world-class service
- Ensure safe and fun experiences for our guests
You will bring a positive attitude, high levels of energy, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working outside in variable conditions and have basic computer and administration skills. A working knowledge of ski area equipment and a sound mechanical background is an advantage.
