As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will work under the guidance of qualified nursing staff and management to deliver exceptional care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation and contribute to resident care plans
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities and events
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Requirements

  • NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in aged care or a related field
  • Genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of older adults
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Licensed to work in New Zealand
