Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Test Engineer to join our team in Christchurch on a casual basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop or kick-start their career, as on-the-job training is provided.

This role involves performing field and lab testing to a high level of accuracy. The work will be hands-on and physical, requiring a reasonable degree of physical capability and, at times, may involve working in adverse environmental conditions. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision but also collaborate with team members when required.

We are seeking an individual who brings their personality to the role, prides themselves on providing flawless customer service and strives for just a little bit more. You will require excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change. You should be able to prioritize workload and convey urgency to others when necessary. You will also be responsible for making calculated, rapid decisions under pressure and understanding the impact of those decisions throughout the business.
