Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned technical leader to join our development team as a Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fullstack development, Node.js, and AWS cloud services, as well as excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
  • 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong JavaScript expertise and knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Node.js proficiency and experience building backend applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
  • AWS cloud expertise and experience deploying large-scale applications on AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
