The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Principal Gifts to identify and understand the motivations of potential donors with the capacity to make significant gifts. This involves diligent research, attention to detail, and exceptional written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on high-profile individuals and their networks
  • Prepare due diligence reports and prospect summary reports
  • Collaborate with development managers to create balanced donor portfolios
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative research strategies

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research (minimum 5 years)
  • Tertiary or postgraduate qualification with a focus on analysis or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge and experience

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000
