Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief to placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring top-quality service and support
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including proactive search methodologies
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and manage candidate shortlisting
  • Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate client interviews and negotiate offer terms
  • Maintain adherence to customer SLAs and engagement processes

Client Management:

  • Establish and maintain regular contact and meetings with clients and hiring managers
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of client information in the database
  • Identify business opportunities through client interactions and follow up accordingly
  • Support Client Relationship Managers in achieving account success strategies
  • Develop and execute a business development plan aligned with our CRM strategy

Talent Management:

  • Monitor progress of placed candidates and contractors, maintaining ongoing communication
  • Proactively engage with shortlisted candidates and redirect unsuccessful applicants
  • Responsively handle candidate inquiries and manage placements
  • Foster strong relationships within our talent pool community
