Sales and Partnerships Growth Manager

At Air New Zealand, we're seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in Auckland. This role is responsible for expanding loyalty-based revenue within the Financial Partner segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, contract oversight, and marketing expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Increased Loyalty-Driven Revenue: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying and executing growth opportunities within financial partner portfolios.
- Accurate Forecasting & P&L Management: Deliver precise revenue and profit forecasts, and maintain oversight of financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Growth Strategies & Implementation Plans: Develop clear, data-informed strategies for partner growth and translate them into actionable implementation roadmaps.
- Enhanced Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with major Airpoints financial partners.
Our ideal candidate has demonstrated success in driving commercial revenue, experience working with or in the financial services sector, and solid experience in creating accurate sales forecasts, managing budgets, and overseeing P&L to achieve profitability targets.
