As a key member of our Resources Group, you will be responsible for managing a team of four and working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the financial reporting system. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the training and professional growth of your accounting staff, managing the delivery of the Council's annual report, and ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
