**About the Role**
We are looking for a Senior Asset Management Executive to join our team and drive the performance of our commercial portfolio. As a key player, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a significant commercial portfolio with scope for growth and new market opportunities
- Drive portfolio performance and uncover new investment opportunities
- Work closely with the NZ Directors and engage with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and external partners
- Undertake financial modelling, investment analysis, and reporting on asset performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in asset management or commercial property management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Background in property valuation, asset management, or commercial property management in NZ or Australia
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and contribute to business growth
