Job Description

We are seeking a Care Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside clients with diverse support needs, providing them with assistance to live independently in their own homes. Your duties will include:

  • Helping with domestic tasks, shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Personal care, including showering and dressing
  • Medication oversight/assistance
  • Carrying out client-specific cares as outlined by their individual Support Plan

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • The ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends on a rostered basis (Mon-Sun)
  • A good grasp of the English language and effective communication skills
  • A full or restricted driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle
  • Residency in New Zealand and the right to work

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $23.15 to $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy guaranteed hours, minimum 40 per fortnight, with opportunities to pick up extra hours. Additionally, we provide paid training and induction, reimbursement for time and travel costs between clients, exceptional travel opportunities, and more.
