We're looking for two skilled Project Coordinators to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting planning, coordination, and reporting, ensuring the successful delivery of Council projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Support Project Managers across various projects, promoting consistent project practices and developing our project management system.
  • Provide coordination, administrative, and logistical support across the programme lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and communication among stakeholders.
**Ideal Candidate**

You're a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in project coordination or administration. Ideally, you've worked in local government or the public sector and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

You're passionate about building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and staying calm under pressure. Your proactive approach and willingness to learn make you an excellent fit for this role.

**Your Skills and Qualifications:**
  • A background in project coordination, administration, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with project frameworks like PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and project tools — OnePlan, Power BI, or similar systems are a plus.
