About the Role

The Principal Service Consultant is responsible for leading the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution. This involves working closely with the Project Manager to plan projects and identify critical dependencies. The consultant will facilitate customer requirements gathering, design the Dayforce solution to meet customer needs, and set and manage customer expectations.

This role requires excellent customer relationship and business acumen, with the ability to engage with multiple projects and customers simultaneously. The consultant must be able to manage competing priorities and provide implementation scoping and solution guidance in the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution
  • Facilitate customer requirements gathering
  • Design the Dayforce solution to meet customer needs
  • Set and manage customer expectations
  • Provide implementation scoping and solution guidance in the sales cycle

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree or post-graduate coursework an asset

10+ years of experience in human capital management applications consulting; 5+ years in a Consultant role with Dayforce HCM

Solid experience in business process mapping; experience in change management an asset

Tech skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products; internal expert with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment; relational databases and SQL knowledge an asset
