Project Manager Fixed Term 12 months

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of our HRIS system, Dayforce. This full-time fixed-term role for 12 months requires an individual who excels in project management, process improvement, change management and has a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.

This position offers flexibility to be based in Auckland or Christchurch and involves collaborating with Operations, Tech, and People & Culture teams to ensure the system is configured to meet the needs of people leaders and team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading HRIS projects or other large-scale system implementations and possess strong leadership and influencing skills to motivate and influence others to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation and rollout of further modules in our HRIS system, Dayforce, from start to finish
  • Collaborating with Operations, Tech, and People & Culture teams to ensure the system is configured in a way that works for people leaders and team members
  • Developing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement
  • Assessing current People and Culture processes to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Experience leading HRIS projects or other large-scale system implementations
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
