Job Overview

Datacom is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

You will be responsible for managing the technical/service delivery relationship with the customer, providing governance across all areas of a service(s) including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships between project delivery resources and Resolver Groups as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance across all areas of a service(s) including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of the delivery team as prime contractor in implementing a solution in accordance with contracted terms.
  • Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements.
  • Monitor, measure and report on departmental operational issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timelines.
  • Ensure that Datacom's obligations under the terms of the customers' contract are met.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of service management methodologies including ITIL.
  • Understanding of customers' business strategy and alignment to service value.
  • Broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure projects and related technology dependencies.
  • Experience or acceptable knowledge of information security standards.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant role.
