About The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to deepen their technical knowledge and grow within our organization. You'll be responsible for championing workplace safety, conducting risk assessments, and implementing improvements to enhance equipment and procedures.

You'll work closely with our dynamic manufacturing team in Hamilton to ensure efficient, high-quality production by optimizing process settings and implementing Standard Operating Conditions (SOC).

A key aspect of this role is troubleshooting technical issues, supporting operators in problem-solving and machine operation, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance
  • Enhance Workplace Safety: Implement improvements to reduce risks and improve overall safety.
Production Optimization
  • Optimize Production Processes: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and support operators in maintaining optimal machine performance.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive business growth.
