The Laboratory at Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company is looking for a skilled technician to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of their products.

As a Product Grading and Functional Testing Technician, your primary responsibility will be to determine the final grade status of products and prepare necessary documentation for customers and regulatory purposes.

You will also be involved in setting up sensory panels and conducting functional tests on various products, including creams and sauces.
