Your Role:
As a GNC Engineer – Mission Design, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our launches. Your expertise will be focused on designing and optimizing spacecraft trajectories for orbital missions. This includes trajectory optimization, auto-sequence planning, Monte Carlo analysis, and configuration management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with trajectory optimization and design for launch vehicle orbital missions.
- Collaborate on auto sequence design and implementation for orbital flight, stack tests, and wet dress rehearsals.
- Analyze and missionize optimized 3DOF trajectories for implementation in 6DOF and flight scenarios.
- Conduct Monte-Carlo analysis pre-flight, launch day, and post-flight.
- Design and verify spacecraft separation sequences and dynamics.
- Support all areas of GNC development and maintenance for Electron, Neutron, and other programs.
