**Thin Film Equipment Operator Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thin Film Equipment Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art thin film process equipment based on PVD, CVD, and electroplishing/electroplating processes. This role requires a strong understanding of thin film technology and exceptional mechanical aptitude.

Main Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain PVD, CVD, and electroplishing/electroplating equipment including vacuum pumps, vacuum fittings, heaters, sputter sources, motorized drives, sensors, and controls for temperature and flow.
* Perform electrical testing and thin film characterization to ensure high-quality product production.
* Follow strict SOP and laboratory safety protocol for each process, test, and characterization tool.
* Maintain detailed records of test measurements and foster best practices in terms of test procedures, data chain integrity, and Production Control Protocols.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements:
* AAS degree or technical certification in physics, chemistry, or other engineering fields or commensurate experience.
* Proven experience working with thin film deposition equipment or wet chemical equipment is essential.
* Strong machine shop experience to fabricate or modify minor hardware components is an added advantage.
* Minimum Qualifications: H.S. graduate or equivalent, 2-5 years industrial experience in high-tech manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, background in electrical and electronics manufacturing operations, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work and flourish in a milestone-driven, fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, solid communication and organization skills.
