About the Role

At New Zealand Transport Agency, we're committed to ensuring a safe and efficient journey for our customers. As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting ATOC's planning for various events and activities, mitigating their impact on our transport network.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop operational plans to support event management
  • Administer tasks related to finance, reporting, and communication
  • Work onsite at events to coordinate public transport operations
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experience

About You

  • You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • You're keen to develop your knowledge and skills in event planning
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with PowerBI an advantage
  • You can foster strong relationships and communicate effectively

What We Offer

  • An appointment base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum
