AIA NZ seeks a highly skilled Communications and Events Operations Manager to join our Comms & Events team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to plan, execute, and deliver outstanding events that align with AIA's brand and goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in events, communications, marketing, or a related field and excellent written and oral communication skills. They will be able to interpret complex information and create engaging content, while also managing multiple activities simultaneously.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including end-to-end responsibility for a diverse range of events, working closely with senior executives, managing stakeholder expectations with finesse, and supporting top-tier communications activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications and the Events team to create innovative events that align with AIA's brand and goals.
  • Plan and deliver a variety of events, including product roadshows, conferences, gala dinners, and wellness activities.
  • Develop event plans, templates, and communication materials, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with the Events team, business units, and external suppliers for event logistics.
