We are seeking an academic lecturer in finance to join our team. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching accounting courses, assessing student progress, and providing support to learners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in the learning process. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum programs and contribute to the overall success of our college.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students
Create engaging lesson plans and materials
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 4 AAT qualification or equivalent
- Experience of teaching or delivering training in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
