We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Resolution Expert to join our team at Chubb. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in property claims and a tertiary qualification, preferably a law degree.
About the Role:This role involves investigating, reserving, and adjusting property claims in accordance with Chubb's Best Practice Guidelines. You will work closely with brokers, insureds, and other stakeholders to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and assess property claims to determine their validity and extent.
- Set and maintain loss reserves in accordance with Chubb Insurance guidelines.
- Pursue subrogation where applicable.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
- Review and escalate customer disputes.
- Support underwriting in marketing efforts by representing the claims product and its performance.
- Support underwriting in understanding claims requirements associated with the release of new products.
- Complete Large Claim Summaries (LCS) for losses that meet LCS criteria and publish to relevant distribution lists.
- Maintain a close working relationship with TPAs, carrying out scheduled audits to ensure compliance with service standards.
