**Job Overview:**
Auckland One Rail (AOR), a joint venture formed by Comfort Delgro Group and UGL, is seeking an experienced Rail Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead and coordinate AOR's input and review of KiwiRail's performance under the ANAA.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of network access undertakings, national rail system standards, and associated qualifications in rail assets.
We are looking for someone with minimum 10 years' experience in the rail industry, dealing with rail network management or improvement.
Demonstrated ability to critically review rail network asset management plans and assess FMECA will be essential for this role.
The successful candidate will work closely with KiwiRail to deliver a step-change in the network performance by delivering a roadmap that aligns KiwiRail's and AOR's KPIs.
The role will also involve actively participating in the review and analysis of KPIs, delays, and incidents, maintenance and renewal services, outstanding actions, and operational/contractual-related issues.
