About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Innovation Engineering Lead to join our B2B Engineering Team. As a key member of our product solutioning team, you'll drive innovation and help shape the future of our in-studio products.

The role will involve creating cloud solutions from the ground up, building and improving applications and services, with a focus on performance, scalability, security, analytics, and reliability. You'll also optimize our content delivery systems by conducting technical research, implementing best practices, and integrating with other digital platforms.

This is a full-stack role, and you'll be expected to contribute to both the backend and frontend of our solutions. Your day-to-day work will range from designing and developing scalable cloud architectures to ensuring high engineering standards are met.

You'll be part of a flexible and hybrid workplace with a mix of working in the office and at home as a work scheme that enhances and encourages work/life balance. Our company values togetherness, support, equity, and respect, and we're committed to increasing diversity in our teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • Advanced understanding of JS/TS, Node.js, and React
  • Confidence with AWS (Serverless Architecture, Lambdas, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Aurora, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (Terraform), Analytics data pipelines, Test Automation, and Security concepts
