About the Americas and Asia Group

The Americas and Asia Group is a key part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade NZ, responsible for promoting and protecting New Zealand's interests in the Americas and Asia regions. We work closely with governments, businesses, and civil society organizations to advance New Zealand's economic, trade, and cultural interests.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Americas and Asia Group team, providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as business administration, corporate services, and financial management.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional who has a strong background in office administration and customer service. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
