The key focus of this role is to be an Account Manager for the IT Services team, providing direct assistance to existing customers. You will work closely with clients to assist in the design and delivery of IT solutions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

This role suits a person with experience within an MSP who is passionate about building solid and trusting relationships with clients. As an experienced Engineer or Account Manager, you will leverage your skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with clients to assist in the design and delivery of IT solutions
  • Solid Microsoft Product knowledge, Azure, Office 365, and Hosted Solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation and motivational skills
  • Experience in writing proposals that can either be technical and/or read at board level
  • Ability to build solid and trusting relationships
