The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Restructuring and Turnaround Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of relevant experience, with certifications such as CA/CPA or CFA. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are prerequisites for this role.

Job Description
As a Senior Restructuring and Turnaround Analyst, you will work on a wide range of clients from different industries and sectors. Your key responsibilities will include supporting senior colleagues in preparing financial models and presentation packs, preparing Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements, and managing formal appointments to ensure the continuous operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Work on a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors
* Support senior colleagues in preparation of financial models and presentation packs
* Prepare Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements
* Manage formal appointments and ensure the continuous operations of the business

The Ideal Profile
We would be keen to hear from professionals from either one of the Big 4 or international mid-tier firms from any of the following service lines: Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory or Transaction Services. Kiwis wrapping up their OEs and looking to return home in the near future to NZ are encouraged to apply.
