With a strong focus on outcomes, our team delivers options and a runway for clients to address their challenges. We work closely with the wider Deal Advisory team to provide support on transactions and debt advisory services.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years' experience in a professional role, including specific experience within Corporate Finance, Financial Restructuring, or Turnaround/Insolvency environments. They will be able to communicate effectively across various levels of staff, have familiarity with legal frameworks relating to Restructuring & Insolvency, and possess business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a leading role in the delivery of assignments, meeting client timelines, budget, and outcome requirements
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders in engagements
  • Perform financial analysis to develop restructuring/takeover solutions
  • Develop and monitor project plans, planning overall work requirements of an engagement
  • Work closely with other deal advisory disciplines within KPMG's local and national networks

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a professional role, including specific experience within Corporate Finance, Financial Restructuring, or Turnaround/Insolvency environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of staff
  • Familiarity with legal frameworks relating to Restructuring & Insolvency
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, including marketing yourself and attracting new clients
