**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts
  • Lead communication efforts to ensure transparency and engagement
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in change management in a large-scale, complex setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relevant change management qualification such as Prosci or equivalent
