">Lara Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our care team as a Remote Healthcare Assistant. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers with ongoing patient monitoring and chronic care management, utilizing your expertise to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
">The Remote Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).">
- Communicating with patients on a regular basis to provide education and support.">
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.">
- Performing other duties as assigned by healthcare providers.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or nurse.">
- Passion for working with older adults and excellent customer service skills.">
- Preventative patient care background preferred, with experience in primary care, cardiology, or diabetes clinics highly desired.">
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.">
- Strong organizational and time management skills.">
- Computer skills appropriate to the position, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as administrative and clerical skills.">
- Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts.">
