Auckland Council is seeking an Engineering Consenting Manager to lead our Regulatory Engineering team in shaping the city's development. This fast-paced environment requires strong technical expertise in civil land development, as well as experience working with Auckland's Unitary Plan (AUP) and Auckland Design Manual.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering, 10+ years of civil land development experience, and a deep understanding of the Resource Management Act, Building Act, and Local Government Legislation. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills are essential, as well as experience providing guidance and delivering training.

You will be responsible for assessing engineering designs, monitoring construction, and controlling quality for infrastructure assets vested to Council.
