About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in New Zealand. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and supervising operations in designated areas, ensuring all activities meet strict safety, regulatory, and operational requirements while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations – Manage and supervise operations in designated areas, ensuring all activities meet strict safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Lead Team – Lead, mentor, and support a team of Field Operators, ensuring high performance and 24/7 operational coverage.
  • Ensure Safety – Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work closely with management to align operations with business goals, report performance insights, and drive improvements.
  • Deliver Training – Deliver training programmes, support skill development, and act as a subject matter expert for field operations.
  • Maintain Records – Maintain accurate operational records, including incident reports and shift logs.
  • Foster Team Culture – Foster a collaborative and professional work environment, encouraging growth and engagement.
