Te Toka Tumai, Auckland, provides nutritional care for patients in the area of adult community services. Our Community Dietitian will work across the region, providing comprehensive assessment and outcome-focused innovative care to clients with a range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessment and outcome-focused innovative care to clients with a range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and education programs to improve client outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • NZ Registration as a Dietitian.
  • Current APC and clean driver's license.
  • Minimum 18 months' clinical experience in dietetics; previous experience working in a community setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
