Fresh Minds Service

Fresh Minds is a service within ProCare that leads innovative interventions to support individuals and whanau in improving their mental wellbeing and resolving problems. Our team of practitioners delivers brief intervention talking therapy to clients, providing a rewarding and diverse caseload. We are passionate about working with our clients to ensure they have the tools needed to navigate their own journey.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health practitioners delivering brief intervention talking therapy to clients. As a clinical leader and operational manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality clinical outcomes, a positive client experience, and day-to-day operational management. You will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Clinical Head to drive continuous improvement and build clinical capability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of mental health practitioners delivering brief intervention talking therapy to clients.Ensure quality clinical outcomes and a positive client experience.Manage day-to-day operations, including risk management and achievement of key performance indicators.Implement evidence-based best practices across the centres.Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Clinical Head to drive continuous improvement and build clinical capability.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a registered and practising mental health clinician.A minimum of 1 year's clinical team leadership experience in a healthcare or similarly funded/regulated environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and plan workload efficiently and effectively.Possession of a clinical qualification to degree level or higher.
