This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dental Assistant. You will work alongside our highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting during dental procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring all instruments and equipment are processed and sterilised following best practice guidelines.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support clinicians during dental procedures.
- Take control of tasks such as sterilisation and infection control.
- Provide patient care and education.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for use.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
